It is reported that China Qianshan Digital Printing Industry City was founded by Ren Guoyong, a talented person from Jiangxi Qianshan, with an investment of 600 million yuan. At present, the first phase has been fully completed and put into operation, and 72 cross-border e-commerce enterprises integrating industry and trade have been introduced, along with 30 supporting service enterprises. The degree of industrial agglomeration continues to improve.

Qianshan County adheres to the high-quality development path of digital empowerment, industrial integration, and shared prosperity for the people, and has built a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem of "front store, back factory+vertical industrial chain", successfully creating a benchmark for cross-border e-commerce development in inland counties in central China. More than 30% of the country's digital printing production capacity is concentrated, with online annual transaction volume exceeding 6 billion yuan. Products are sold to 106 countries and regions, becoming the core area of China's digital printing clothing production capacity.

Faced with the challenges of narrow traditional foreign trade channels, talent shortage, weak entities, and incomplete industrial chains in inland counties, Qianshan County has taken the lead in introducing 10 special support measures for cross-border e-commerce in the city, along with N implementation rules for logistics, research and development, talent, risk prevention and control, forming a fully covered and precise policy support system. At the same time, we will comprehensively integrate equipment sharing, research and development design, technical training, financial support, talent apartments and other functions, create a "front store, back factory+vertical industry chain" model, vigorously promote digital tools such as AI digital customer service, blockchain traceability, and small order quick response production system, train more than 1500 e-commerce talents, and achieve digital operation for more than 50% of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the county. The flexible production supply capacity and overseas order fulfillment ability have been significantly enhanced, realizing the goal of "selling small products globally and opening up small counties and cities".

Focusing on the advantages of digital printed clothing industry, Qianshan County promotes the deep integration of "cross-border e-commerce+industrial belt", guiding enterprises to transform towards independent brands, personalized customization, and digital production, without blindly setting up stalls or pursuing artificially high output value. At the same time, we vigorously promote intelligent production systems to achieve efficient collaboration in order acceptance, design, production, and delivery. This has resulted in a threefold increase in order response speed, a fulfillment rate of 98%, and a shortened production cycle for individual products to 2 to 3 hours. And cultivated 26 benchmark enterprises with annual sales of tens of millions of yuan, forming a full chain ecosystem of design, production, sales, and logistics.

At present, there are 6346 digital printed clothing cross-border e-commerce entities and over 3000 3D digital printed clothing enterprises in Qianshan County, ranking first in the province. The annual cross-border express delivery volume has exceeded 55 million pieces. Cross border e-commerce in the entire county has created over 32000 job opportunities, driving the transfer of rural labor, flexible employment for women, and increased income for people with disabilities. It covers the entire chain of design, production, e-commerce operation, cross-border logistics, customer service graphic design, live streaming sales, and truly transforms the achievements of industrial development into tangible benefits for the masses.
